Requirements
Masters degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
Tennessee SLP license and ASHA CCCs required
Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred
Responsibilities
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers and parents
Document progress and maintain accurate records
Support students in achieving communication goals within the school environment
